Due to the personal and hygienic nature of jewelry, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrectly described.

All items are carefully inspected before dispatch. We strongly recommend that you check the item thoroughly upon receipt.

2. Eligibility for Return, Refund, or Exchange

We will accept a return or exchange request only under the following conditions:

  • Faulty, Damaged, or Defective Item: The item you received has a manufacturing defect, is damaged, or is not as described on the website (e.g., incorrect material, gemstone).

  • Incorrect Item Received: You received an item different from what you ordered.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of a change of mind, incorrect sizing, or simply because you do not like it:

  • Items purchased during a final sale or promotion marked as "non-returnable."

  • Earrings for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

  • Custom-made, bespoke, or personalized items.

4. Timeframe for Claims

We reserve the right to inspect the item to verify the claimed fault or defect.

5. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Do not return the item without prior authorization. Please contact our customer service team to describe the issue and receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

  2. Original Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item). We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the issue. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

6. Refunds & Exchanges (Upon Approval)

  • Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. You will receive a credit within a reasonable period of time, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: We will gladly exchange the item for the correct one or a suitable alternative of equivalent value, subject to availability.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. If the order has already been processed for dispatch, our standard return policy will apply.

8. Statutory Rights (Hong Kong Law)

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Hong Kong Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26). You have the right to claim against the seller if the goods are not of merchantable qualityfit for purpose, or do not match the description provided.
